We provide design, remodeling, exterior, security, fire-safety, roofing, solar, window, flooring, bathroom, and related consulting services in the United States, primarily Maricopa County, Arizona. Website descriptions are invitations to consult, not binding offers.
Budget ranges shared online or in a first meeting are informational. Final pricing appears only in a signed proposal. Home-loan introductions are educational; lenders make independent credit decisions. We do not guarantee approval, rates, or tax credits.
Workmanship warranties and manufacturer warranties are stated in your contract. They begin after substantial completion and exclude owner-caused damage, unauthorized alterations, and ordinary wear.
Site content, photographs, and drawings remain the property of Style Home Renovation LLC or their licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written consent.
Do not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. We may refuse service that would violate building codes or safety standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use. Contractual liability for construction is limited as set out in the project agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Venue lies in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County.
