We collect the name, email, phone number, property address, and project notes you submit through contact, consultation, subscribe, and unsubscribe forms. Server logs may record browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP address.
We use personal data to schedule walkthroughs, prepare proposals, fulfill renovation contracts, register warranties, send Style Notes if you subscribe, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.
Subscription preferences are stored so we can honor topic choices and process unsubscribe requests immediately. You may update topics on the subscribe page or leave the list on the unsubscribe page.
We share information with licensed trades, lenders, warranty administrators, and payment processors only as needed to deliver a service you requested. We may disclose information when required by U.S. law or to protect persons and property.
Project files are retained for the life of applicable warranties and statutory limitation periods. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
Residents may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing privacy@stylehomerenovation.com or writing to our Scottsdale studio. California residents may also exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we will not discriminate for doing so.
The site is intended for adults planning property improvements. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
